I’m Mike, I’m 24 from Staffordshire in the UK. I’m currently unemployed and looking for a job in Retail. I’ve just had a customer service job in a popular theme park that I quite enjoyed. I met some very interesting and lovely people during my time there, but now it’s time to move on and find somewhere more practical to get to and more suited to me.

My main hobbies in life are music production and computer gaming. I spend a lot of time on the computer, sitting awkwardly on my chair, usually. I’m quite a tidy person, more recently, having rearranged my room, as recommended by my boyfriend who loves to design houses on The Sims and has a more logical approach when it comes to these things. I spent two and half hours sorting the bathroom out the other night so I think I’m getting a little more house-proud now I’m getting older.

I’m quite a shy person, thought that doesn’t mean I lack confidence. Working in retail has certainly helped. I’m definitely not the type to dance around and make a show of myself though.

My music is a very personal thing to me. I like to write music with emotion, a lot of the time. Though occasionally, I do like to just write a funky electro tune that isn’t too heavy on the heartstrings.  I’ve played the keyboard since I was very small and I also played the recorder in primary school and the clarinet in high school, mainly to get out of P.E. which I hated.

Gaming wise, I have both the PS3 and new Xbox 360 Slim. I don’t really have a favourite and I think I play on both in equal emounts. I love the Fable series on the Xbox and I’m very fond of Uncharted 2 on the PS3, though, I’d have to say Fable is more up my street.  Uncharted is certainly a work to be proud of, however.  I find that some games are better suited to the PS3 controller ( like ones which require heavy use of the D-Pad) mainly because I’m quite disappointed with the Xbox’s D-Pad, as are many other people.

I think that’s enough for now. If you’d like to get to know me, please get in touch.
